§ Mr. Robert SheldonCustoms attempt to examine imported films likely to infringe the import prohibition on indecent or obscene articles, but the detailed examination of all films imported for showing or distribution in this country would impose serious delay and inconvenience on legitimate trade and make excessive demands on Customs' resources.
