§ Mr. Grimondasked the Prime Minister if he will use the occasion of the consideration of the constitutional 247W changes involved in devolution for Scotland and Wales to carry out a general constitutional review including the constitutional implication of joining the EEC and the examination of the arguments for a Bill of Rights, as well as the measures which will be necessary to regulate the relationship of the Scottish and Welsh Assemblies to the United Kingdom Parliament.
§ The Prime MinisterThe Government have at present no plans for a general review of this kind, but we are studying a number of individual matters of the sort that the right hon. Member has in mind.
