§ Mr. MoyleThe issue of firearm certificates is a matter for the Chief Constable. I understand, however, that 394 duplicate certificates were issued during the period 1st January, 1974 to 1st September, 1975. It would not be possible, without disproportionate cost, to determine in how many cases the reason was the loss of the certificate in the post.
