asked Her Majesty's Government:

If they will now make available adequate copies of the Report by the Central Policy Review Staff "A Joint Framework for Social Policies" and if they will say why this document published in June 1975 is not available to Members of the House of Lords.

This document is available at Government Bookshops and there are adequate stocks. After a temporary difficulty in supply, copies are now available in the Printed Paper Office.
