§ Mr. Clemitsonasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer (1) if he will list the effective standard rate of income tax in each year since the Second World War;
(2) if he will list for each year since the Second World War the percentage of the average male manual worker wage at which the standard rate of income tax became payable for a married man with two children, assuming that no other reliefs were claimable.
