Member for Woolwich, East (Mr. Cartwright) on 5th May—[Vol. 891, c.308–9.]—that in view of the public expenditure con- 220W straints it has become necessary to reallocate £100 million from the present public expenditure provision for local authority home loans to the municipalisation programme and related improvement work.
