§ Dr. SummerskillSince 1st January eight persons in custody in England and Wales have applied for permanent transfer to Northern Ireland. Three were convicted of causing explosions and conspiracy to cause explosions; one was convicted of conspiracy to rob, together with firearms and motoring offences; one of indecent assault; one of theft; one of robbery; and one of burglary, indecent assault and rape. Comprehensive information about the organisations to which they may have belonged is not available. None of these applications has been granted.
