§ Lord BESWICKThe Report is being published today. The Government are most grateful to the Committee for the energy which they devoted to their exacting task. The Committee's detailed recommendations will be considered with care in consultation with all those concerned, and any proposals affecting the procedures of this House will he put before the House in due course.
