§ Mr. Merlyn ReesUnder the farm capital grant scheme, provided the terms and conditions of the scheme are satisfied, grant is available at the rate of 20 per cent. of the approved cost of making a connection from a farm to a public mains water supply. If the work is for the benefit of hill land or of benefit in the farming of hill land the rate of grant is 50 per cent. of the approved cost.
