§ Dr. SummerskillThe Home Office has received two applications, one from the London Joint Cab Trade Committee and one from the Cab Section of the T.G.W.U. It is currently discussing the applications with these representative bodies; but some major aspects of their proposals are mutually conflicting, and I cannot at present say when a conclusion will be reached.
