§ Mr. Welshasked the Secretary of State for Scotland (1) if he has any plans to review policy on commercial property; and if he will make a statement;
(2) whether he plans to set up a Commercial Property Development Advisory Group in Scotland.
§ Mr. William RossI will consider, following local government reorganisation and in light of the proposed legislation on land, what special action is needed in Scotland. Meanwhile, I am being kept informed of the work of the group.
