§ Mr. Robert Taylorasked the Secretary of State for Trade whether, in view of the forthcoming auction of the entire property portfolio of the Siege Group, which is 50 per cent. controlled by Wilstar Securities, action has been taken to safeguard the rights of Nation Life creditors who have a disputed claim against Wilstar Securities.
§ Mr. Clinton Davis:Action to safeguard the rights of Nation Life Insurance Company Limited, in liquidation, and of its creditors is primarily a matter for Mr. G. A. Weiss, the liquidator appointed by the court. I understand from him and from the liquidator of Wilstar Securities Limited, in voluntary liquidation, that he has no information at present of any indebtedness by Wilstar to Nation Life.
