§ Mr. Spearingasked the Lord President of the Council if he will make arrangements for the public to be able to purchase related parliamentary papers, such as Hansard, in or near the precincts of the House.
§ Mr. Edward Short:There are at present no plans to open an official bookshop in or near the precincts of the House, but this possibility will be considered in any plans for the redevelopment of the Whitehall area. Government publications can, of course, be ordered through commercial booksellers in the area.
