§ Mr. Hordernasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list the average level of rents, and the proposed level of rents, in each of the towns within the responsibility of the new Towns Commission and the Development Corporation.
§ Mr. John Silkin:For the year 1974–75. based upon average housing stocks during the year, the average annual rents per dwelling are estimated to be as shown in column (a) below. Where decisions to increase rent have been taken, the average annual increase proposed is estimated to be as shown in column (b).
