§ Mr. Frank Allaunasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he intends to introduce his proposals for England and Wales terminating any existing disqualifications for councillors under the Housing Finance Act, providing an alternative to further surcharges and disqualifications, and providing for the recovery of lost rent from future rents or rates without burden on the Exchequer.
