§ Mr. Robert Taylorasked the Attorney-General if he will refer to the Director of Public Prosecutions the matter of the proposed new arts complex in London for the exclusive promotion and encouragement of the work of coloured artists in order to consider prosecution of those responsible for it under the Race Relations Act.
