Lord HAILSHAM of SAINT MARYLEBONE

asked her Majesty's Government:

Whether they will give in tabular form a list of signatories and ratifying Powers to the various Conventions relating to oil pollution, with any relevant reservations and derogations.

Lord GORONWY-ROBERTS

A list of Conventions relating to oil pollution is appended, with a table showing those countries which have signed the Conventions and those which have ratified, accepted or acceded to them. The existence of reservations or derogations is also indicated.

Since these are extremely complicated and lengthy, I have arranged for full details to be placed in the Library of the House.
