§ Mr. Harry EwingThis subject is mentioned in a number of the representations which have reached me since the publication of the Government's consultative document in June 1974. As was made clear in the White Paper of September 1974, it is the Government's view that membership of the Scottish Assembly should be on the same system as membership of this House.
