§ Mr. Charles R. MorrisA fundamental review of the scope and basis of this allowance is being undertaken by the Civil Service Department in consultation and negotiation with the Staff Side of the National Whitley Council. Pending the outcome of these negotiations it would be inappropriate to alter only one factor relating to the allowance.
