§ Mr. Litterickasked the Secretary of State for Employment what action his 195W Department is taking to compensate for the loss of 600 jobs in Great Britain occasioned by the partial closure of the Lucas company's factory at Cwmbran and the transfer of that factory's work to a Lucas factory in France, with consequent damage to the British balance of payments.
