§ Mr. Biffenasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will list those countries within the EEC whose national laws make illegal the coursing of hares.
§ Mr. Rowlands,pursuant to the reply [Official Report, 16th June 1975; Vol. 893. c. 320], supplied the following information:
Hare coursing is illegal in Denmark, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and West Germany. It is legal in Belgium, Ireland and Italy. Hares are not coursed in France.
