§ Mr. StrangThe problem of fish conservation in waters around EEC countries, apart from the Mediterranean, is dealt with in the North East Atlantic Fisheries Commission. The problem is difficult, but I believe the Commission is having considerable success. All EEC countries are members of it except Italy and Luxembourg.
