§ Mr. ShoreThe main provisions of the Treaty of Rome relating to import controls are; Articles 30–37, which require the elimination of quantitative restrictions between member States; Articles 108 and 109, which concern balance of payments difficulties; and Articles 110–116 which concern commercial policy.
