Fully skilled maintenance craftsman. 49.70 Beginning of June 1975 The Railway Staff National Tribunal awarded increases in basic weekly wage rates of 27½ per cent. from 28th April 1975. Increases of this amount would raise the pay rates to the following levels, including threshold payments:
- Railman—from £25.65 to £32.70 per week.
- Signalman A—from £29 to £37 per week.
- Signalman F—from £48 to £61.20 per week.
- Driver—from £41.65 to £53.10 per week.
