§ Mr. William RossAs my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister said in the House on 9th June, the Government's view is that the improvement of our economic situation can best be made from a settled position within the Community. I believe that Scotland will share in this general advantage, and I have at present no plans to publish a White Paper.
