§ Mr. Tebbitasked the Secretary of State for Trade what effect upon the prospects of trade balances in future he estimates to have been made by the decision of 5th June to remain within the Community.
§ Mr. DeakinsNo such estimates are available. However, I hope that our exporters will take their opportunities, both in the EEC and elsewhere, especially in the fast growing markets of the oil producing countries, to help bring about an improvement in our trading position.
