§ The Attorney-GeneralNo. The document to which the hon. and learned Member refers consists of confidential advice to my noble Friend the Lord Chancellor as to whether any, and if so what, modifications should be made to guidance given in 1972 to taxing officers in the Crown court. It has never been my noble Friend's intention that this advice should be published.
