§ Mr. DellRates of interest on loans from the National Loans Fund are determined for individual loans or classes of loans and vary from time to time according to the method of repayment and the period for which the money is borrowed. It would not be possible to calculate the average rate of interest on existing loans without disproportionate time and effort.144W The present rates of interest on new advances from the National Loans Fund came into effect on 7th June 1975 and are as follows:
