Notwithstanding the present restrictions on governmental expenditure in Hong Kong, financial provision for the commission in the financial24W year 1975–76 is 42 per cent. higher than in 1974–75. The commission's staff, which at present numbers 480, will be increased to over 700 by the end of this financial year.
