§ Mr. Denis HowellExpenditure of the Water Space Amenity Commission is borne by the National Water Council, and the council's expenditure is defrayed by the nine regional water authorities and the Welsh National Development Authority. The council's accounts will be laid before Parliament in due course, but I understand that the commission's expenditure in 1974–75 was about£60,000.
