Mr. Peter Millsasked the Secretary of State for Defence if he will give the cost of producing and distributing the pamphlet on British defence policy and the role of the Services; and whether he intends to revise it in the light of the cuts in defence expenditure involving a reduction in manpower in all three Services.
§ Mr. MasonI would refer the hon. Member to the reply I gave to the hon. Member for Hemel Hempstead (Mr. Corbett) on 26th June—[Vol. 894, c.193.] The pamphlet is up to date and is normally revised each year when the statement on the Defence Estimates is published.
