§ 17. Mr. Rifkindasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what further discussions he has had with representatives of foreign Governments at the United Nations about coordinated financial aid to Mozambique.
§ Mr. RowlandsWe have been having preliminary discussions with reprsentatives of a number of other Governments. Further progress would need to await Mozambique's membership of the United Nations.
