§ Mr. Silvesterasked the Secretary of State for Trade whether agreement has been obtained from all other countries in the EEC apart from the United Kingdom on the draft directive on independent commercial agents.
§ Mr. DeakinsThe Commission has not so far made a proposal to the Council of Ministers for such a directive. The question of agreement by member States does not arise at this stage.
