§ Mr. John FraserAt the Council of Social Affairs Ministers on 17th June. 399W agreement in principle was reached on a new scheme under Article 4 of the Social Fund to assist the training and transfer of young people under 25 years of age who are unemployed or seeking employment. Priority will be given to those seeking their first employment.
