§ Mr. Ralph Howellasked the Secretary of State for Social Services, of the 230,000 registered unemployed in November 1974 who received supplementary benefit, how many were ineligible for unemployment benefit because they had been unemployed beyond the statutory 312 days, how many were ineligible through lack of contributions in the applicable contribution year, how many were disqualified from benefit, and how many were ineligible because they were registering for employment for the first time.
