§ Mr. OakesMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Social Services has decided to postpone this project and to withdraw the request for planning clearance. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment is no longer, therefore, required to decide its planning merits or to publish his inspector's report. Any future redevelopment will require fresh planning clearance.
