HC Deb 30 January 1975 vol 885 c231W
Q8. Mrs. Winifred Ewing

asked the Prime Minister if he will take steps to transfer to the Scottish Office the responsibilities at present under the care of the Minister of the Environment so far as these relate to Scotland.

Mr. Edward Short

I have been asked to reply.

My right hon. Friend has at present no plans to do so although, of course, this Question raises issues which will need to be considered in relation to the Government's proposals for devolution.
