54. Mr. Tom Ellisasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what progress has been made in the Council of Ministers to implement the decision on the EEC Regional Fund taken by Heads of Government at the Paris summit.
§ Mr. HattersleyA useful discussion of procedural questions relating to the fund took place at the Council meeting on 20th January. Further discussions will be held at official level before decisions on the operation of the fund can be taken by the Council.
