§ Mr. EnnalsWe have now almost completed the strengthening of our immigration staffs in the subcontinent to which I referred in my reply of 19th December to the hon. Member for Harrow, Central (Mr. Grant).—[Vol. 883, c.574–5]. It will not be possible to assess the value of such increases until the larger staffs have been operating for a longer period of time.
