§ Mr. Alfred MorrisOn 4th December I announced that the scope of the Family Fund administered by the Rowntree Trust had been extended to cover all severely handicapped children. This should provide a practical measure of assistance to vaccine-damaged children and their families pending the report of the Royal Commission.
