§ Mr. Sydney Irvingasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what progress has been made in the provision of hostel accommodation for those patients at Darenth Park Hospital, Dartford, who are capable of living in such accommodation.
§ Dr. OwenIn the area from which Darenth Park Hospital draws its patients, building should start this year on a project which will provide 25 residential places for the mentally handicapped, and subject to the availability of resources it is hoped to start four similar projects in 1975–76 which should provide 90 places. Further developments are planned for later years.
