§ Mr. Pymasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer (1) what studies have been made of the effects of the proposed capital transfer tax on agricultural holdings;
(2) if he will make a statement on the effects of the capital transfer tax on agricultural production in the United Kingdom;
(3) if he is now able to make a statement on the effects of the capital transfer tax on the future planting programmes of private foresters.
