HC Deb 22 January 1975 vol 884 c408W
Mr. Adley

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment how many people he estimates are living in mobile homes, on fixed sites.

Mr. Kaufman

The best estimate the Department can make at present of the number of people other than gipsies and holidaymakers living in mobile homes in England and Wales is that about 180,000 people live in some 70,000 mobile homes.
