§ Mr. FootOn the level of employment determined by the level of economic activity which a country can sustain, I must refer the hon. Member to the Budget Statement of my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer. The Government will do all in their power to make the best and fullest use of available manpower but much will depend on the level of world trade and our ability at home to contain inflation and increase productivity.
