§ Mr. Clinton DavisThe choice of a liquidator in an insolvency rests largely on the views of the creditors and I have no responsibility for it. I know of no evidence indicating any conflict of interest in these cases but if a difficulty of this nature arose interested parties would be at liberty to bring the matter before the court.
