§ Mr. BoothAny reduction in the number of industrial strikes, in the motor car industry as in any other, must depend in the main on the attitude of unions and management and on their willingness to use established arrangements for settling differences between them. The Government have established the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service which is always available to give any assistance it can at the request of the parties.
