§ Mr. Cledwyn Hughesasked the Secretary of State for Wales what progress is being made in identifying all those properties in Wales which are not connected to mains sewerage; and when they will be exempted from a sewerage charge.
§ Mr. John MorrisThe Government have decided that, as from 1st April 1975, properties not connected to public sewers will pay only 50 per cent. of the water authorities' general services charge. The task of identifying the properties concerned has not yet been completed, but owners of unidentified properties will nevertheless be able to claim the relief from their local authority.
