§ Mr. David Priceasked the Secretary of State for Energy what steps he proposes to take to alleviate the hardship caused by the recent further rises in the price of petrol upon people living, working and trading in rural areas who rely entirely upon their motor cars and for whom there is no alternative public transport available.
