§ Miss Joan LestorForeign and Commonwealth Office Ministers last had informal discussions with Mr. MacBride when he passed through London on 10th January shortly before the Ovamboland election. A SWAPO delegation who called on me recently raised the subject of the election, and we had a useful discussion on the conduct of the election.
