§ Dr. OwenTreatment for termination of pregnancy in National Health Service hospitals is part of the work of gynaecological departments. Where these departments are under pressure it is for the National Health Service authorities to expand facilities to the extent that they are able within the resources allocated to them and in the light of other priorities.
